I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, accredited in 2015 and in practice since 2009. I work online and in-person with adults and groups.
My path to psychotherapy began with tentative steps into my own first therapy, which opened the door to what has become twenty years of challenging but deeply rewarding personal development.

Prior to entering the field, I worked in business and information systems. This background provided insight into organisational dynamics, authority and power relationships, and the complex interplay of personal relationships within systems—perspectives that inform my understanding of the relational and systemic dimensions of therapeutic work.
Approach and Orientation
I trained as an integrative Transpersonal psychotherapist, however my professional development has oriented toward the Jungian psychoanalytic tradition, with particular attention to developmental and post-Jungian thinking. I am drawn to Jung’s approach because it is embodied and inclusive, addressing all aspects of consciousness. Contemporary post-Jungian developments have also addressed important shortcomings in Jung’s original work, particularly around sex and gender, cultural and racial issues, moving toward more open ways of thinking about difference and identity.
I work at early life developmental levels, including pre-verbal material that shapes fundamental ways of being. This work extends to what is carried across generations — the patterns, wounds and unlived lives that pass silently through families, often without anyone knowing they are doing so. In November 2026 I will be presenting on the intergenerational trauma of the Tasmanian genocide at the Analysis and Activism conference in Mexico City.
My therapeutic stance emphasises authentic, attentive and attuned relationship within safe and clear professional boundaries.
